We could not have been happier with our wedding day at Chapel Hill – genuinely could not fault a thing! You have all been an absolute pleasure to work and have been there for every tiny question and every last minute adjustment along the way. The day itself ran so smoothly and we didn’t have to think about a thing, it all just happened. Thank you so much for that!

We also LOVED the food and want to send on a huge thank you and genuine compliments to your chef and team! Wedding food (all food actually) is one of my favourite things in the whole world and to have such an incredible spread of truly delicious meals and grazing snacks on my wedding day meant the world to me and made me so happy. We also had a couple of our guests tell us that our wedding food was “the best we have ever had and we’ve been to 11 weddings this year!”.

I am also so appreciative to your team who brought our drinks and delicious grazing plate up to our photography location during canape hour! The selection from the grazing table was magnificent and all the drinks were wonderful – a great range of wines (and I’m not a huge wine drinker) and we truly loved being able to support the local mountain cideries too! 

Another huge thank you to your bar staff who so kindly toward the end of the night let me know there were only 2 spirits left on our package and that they were keeping them aside for myself and Chris. This was such a thoughtful gesture and I am so grateful for these small touches that truly made the day. Your team also pulled off our sparkler send off without a hitch and timed it absolutely flawlessly – we were very impressed!

Finally, the accommodation was just lovely. We had a wonderful night in the Lake Lodge and were so excited to have two delicious pieces of cake so nicely presented and waiting for us on arrival. It was such a beautifully presented and comfortable place to spend our wedding night. All of our guests who stayed on site were also so happy with their rooms and facilities and the Bulgamatta Homestead was so perfectly appointed to host our friends and close family brunch in the morning which really rounded out the whole experience!
