BIRTHDAYS
Chapel Hill is the perfect venue for any birthday celebration.
When you book your event at Chapel Hill, the venue is exclusively yours for the day! Chapel Hill Retreat is a beautiful event venue is 35 acres surrounded by tranquil bushland, located on one of the gateways to the Blue Mountains.
The stunning function room features a cosy fireplace, elegant chandeliers and expansive verandah that overlooks the exquisite Blue Mountains Valley. This scenic and picturesque view makes Chapel Hill Retreat a unique and memorable setting for any event.

Chapel Hill Retreat can be transformed into the perfect Christmas celebration for your family, friends &/or colleagues.
CHRISTMAS IN JULY
Yule Fest is a time for feasting and fun with your loved ones. Warm up in front of a cosy fire and enjoy the expansive view of the Blue Mountains while indulging in a traditional Christmas lunch. Live entertainment can also be arranged. Bookings are essential. Please contact our friendly team to make your reservation.
CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Chapel Hill Retreat can accomodate any function/party or event you are planning. Christmas time in the Mountains is beautiful and our venue space is the perfect location for your Christmas Party. Get in touch with our dedicated team to start planning your end of year celebrations!
We also have accomodation on site so there is no need to worry about driving home. Stay, Relax and Enjoy!
ENGAGEMENT PARTIES
Chapel Hill is the perfect place to celebrate your engagement with your family and friends in a relaxed environment where styling can be minimal or something a little more lavish – whatever suits your taste! We can host events that are cocktail style, buffet or a sit down 2 or 3 course meal and we are always happy to design a custom package for you as well. Our reception area can hold up to 150 people and has a beautiful verandah overlooking Wheeny gap towards Sydney perfect for couple &/or group photos.
We also have accommodation onsite for up to 32 guest, so you can celebrate late into the night without the worry of driving home.
SCHOOL FORMALS
Give you cohort a school formal that they will remember or even treat your sports team to the end-of-season event they deserve. At Chapel Hill Retreat we go to great lengths to make your special night or day an unforgettable success.
The Chapel Hill Retreat event planning team know all there is to know about making your night successful and can help to create a stress-free and relaxed school formal or end-of-year celebration with an unforgettable view for photo memories. Lighting, catering, accommodation and more, everything you need for an unforgettable evening. We can also help you selecting a DJ for a fun nights on the dance floor. Catering options are varied and generous, with dishes to suit the most discerning taste buds and all dietary requirements.
